Dear parents and students,I can’t believe it is nearly the end of the school year. You may have notice I always put on a big smile this time of the year. The reason is there are a lot of students from each grade level participating in morning assembly activities. Thanks to the feedback I received from the head of discipline, Ms. Siriwan as well as all of her staff, Ms. Preamrudee, Ms. Rungnapha Mr. Kritsana and Ms. Thitima. We have moved from a “one man show”, to where students are now given the opportunity to present their topics in a group setting.
Helen Keller once said “Alone we can do so little, together we can do so much.” Through close cooperation student affairs set the schedule and provided the gifts, while the disciplinary affairs and the homeroom teachers organized the students to run the games and/or present the speeches. The students took turn to join activities during each week. For example p.4-p6 students did it on Monday, The students of P.1-P3 did it on Tuesday, M4-M6 did it on Thursday and M1-M3 students did it on Monday.
In secondary 4-6 students were divided into six groups; St\. Joseph, St Francis, St Gabriel, Jesus, St Teresa and St., Anthony. Setting the teams this way helped them to form a good relationship and develop strong bonds. I hope that my favorite quote may inspire these teams and form them into a “Grade A Citizen” in the future.“Coming together is the beginning Keeping together is progress Working together is success.”
