EP 1-on-1 Foreign Teachers Performance Feedback
The English Program Administrative team held our annual 1-on-1 Foreign Teachers Performance Feedback sessions to recognize and give appreciation to good teaching practices and to help teachers develop and strengthen their overall instructional efficacy, on 1-2 February 2023.
Learning is a constant journey and this feedback reflects the current performance level of foreign teachers and how it relates to the previous feedback, while also establishing goals for the next academic year. Additionally, it outlined the strengths and areas of improvement that can be improved and supported by training, teaching procedures, classroom management and student assessment.
The EP admin team also praised the teaching practices and classroom activities of teachers to support students’ learning.
