P3 Science: Plants’ Life and the way it Lives
Primary 3 students had fun doing the Plants’ Life and the way it Lives activity planned by Mr. Bikash Prajapati, Science teacher, 27 June 2022.
Mr. Bikash set up all the necessary materials for the experiment. The students are divided into groups and were given sample plants, microscope, dry and wet seeds. They are tasked to observe the plant’s stomata which has the function of regulating the gas exchange between the plant and environment as well as the control of water loss.
The students show great interest in the plant’s structure and the things they see under the lens. For enrichment purposes, students answered their teacher’s questions and the written tasks given.
