Secondary 1 SMART: Customize Mini-Cool Fan
English Program invited Dr. Wannapong Taimpo, MUIC Associate Professor, to teach Secondary 1-SMART students another STEM application through the Customize Mini-Cool Fan activity, 23 June 2022.
Dr. Wannapong planned this activity so that students could learn the principle of the water cycle and apply it to make them customize a mini fan. The students get the necessary materials to complete the task and the mini fan will be powered by batteries.
Students are happy to complete the task. They also understand how the water in the small bottle makes the air come from the fan cooler which is one of the steps in water cycle, evaporation.
