S.2 Robotics 3D printing: Design Your Art
Secondary 2 students had some fun in the 3D printing: Design Your Art activity in their Robotics class with Mr. Saeed Ghorbannejad and Sahar Khodashenas. 3D printing offers students the ability to experience their projects from the model stage to actual creation of the model. It is also an active-learning technology that allows them to move from consuming information to creating and thinking on a deeper level.
This creates both excitement and a better understanding of the design process as they gain hands-on experience from conception to creation. 3D printing also supports inclusion efforts for students of various learning styles and improves collaboration and speaking skills.
