Cambridge Assessment Awarding Ceremony: Am I up to International Standard?

Saint Louis Arena – As the final phase of Cambridge Primary and Lower Secondary Checkpoint Assessment April 2020 series which was delayed due to Covid – 19, EP held an awarding ceremony presided by Bro. Dr. Pisutr Vapiso for the Secondary 1 and 4 young achievers who proved that they are up to International Standard alongside their peers and to recognize the effort as well as encourage other students who will undergo the same test in the future, November 23, 2020.

ACSP English Program has been accredited as Cambridge International School for four years since September 6th, 2016. The Cambridge international qualifications are recognised by the world’s best universities and employers, giving students a wide range of options in their education and career. Since then Cambridge Curriculum, has been adopted alongside Thai Ministry of Education Curriculum in three subjects: English, Science and Mathematics from Primary 1 to Secondary 3.

 

On September 11, 2020, sixty Secondary 1 students and fifty-two Secondary 4 students took the tests to assess whether they are up to International Standard. Each individual has the hope of getting a full score 6.0 in each subject area.

The Top 5 for Secondary 1 students are: Nicha Chaiatchanarut,Visavakorn Vongpipopmongkol and Bhuwit Wajakiet tied as rank 3 with an overall score of 4.8 in three subjects; Sornnarai Puponmetabodee placed as rank 2 with an overall score of 5.0 in three subjects and Prin Dispat topped the test with an overall score of 5.7 in three subjects.

The Top 5 for Secondary 4 students are: Woraphan Pruchyanimit placed as rank 5 with an overall score of 4.5 in three subjects; Naruset Lomaban succeeded as rank 4 with an overall score of 4.6 in three subjects; Prin Ngampattrapunt took the sit of rank 3 with an overall score of 4.8 in three subjects; Khunanon Thappawong bagged the rank 2 sit with an overall score of 5.0 in three subjects and Khopher Sunthonkun secured the top place with an overall score of 5.4 in three subjects.
