English Program: A Teacher is a Learner, Forever
English program invited two guest professors from USA, Dr. Robert J. Bickner, and Dr. Pacharin Peyasantiwong for the teacher’s observation, 13 June 2022.
ACSP EP arranged various activities like this and are implemented annually to provide professional development training for teachers, which in turn will produce the quality education standard English Program pursues. It also emphasizes studying academic content in depth and active learning, which is beneficial for EP learners.
Dr. Pacharin and Dr. Robert observed 3 teachers (2 Mathematics and 1 English teachers). The observation purpose is to provide verbal and written feedback outlining areas for improvement and outstanding areas of classroom teaching. This will also serve as good practice in checking whether the teaching methods integrated are good or if it can be leveled up since collaborative and objective assessments from more than 2 people are beneficial for teacher’s professional development.
